The solution

The GIGAVI Customs-Fiscal Core

The banking-core principle

every movement balances, nothing is deleted, everything is auditable — applied to the customs obligation

A regulatory source of truth

IMMEX balances and their evidence live here, reconciled daily, ready for any request

Channels, not owners

SAP, MES, PAC and VUCEM feed and consume the core; none replaces it, none locks it in

The banking core guarantees every peso balances; the GIGAVI Core guarantees every imported input balances before the tax authority.

SAP integration

Already on SAP? Even better: we integrate and close the core

The banking parallel

Banks use SAP for their finances — and still run their banking core separately, because the ERP doesn't keep the regulated ledger. The maquiladora is the same: SAP runs the company, but the ledger the SAT audits (IMMEX balances, discharges, file) is kept by no one today… or by Excel.

SAP, the best channel

Having SAP works in our favor: structured data (BOM, orders, consumption) and proven budget. It connects as the richest channel of the core — and the regulatory loop is closed.

How we integrate

Never inside SAP: around it. IDocs, OData / CDS views on S/4, read-only. SAP isn't touched, isn't replaced, and neither headquarters nor its system integrator is bothered.

What we anticipate

We adapt to your headquarters' timelines: access that can take 2–3 months (we advance in parallel on the floor and in customs), early validations with the client's SAP executive, and S/4HANA migration periods. We take charge of the Mexican customs-fiscal compliance so your central team never has to be distracted by it.

SAP runs your company. The GIGAVI Core runs your obligation before the tax authority — fed by what SAP already knows, with no human hands.

The structural advantage

A core that grows: unlimited layers on the same base

With reconciled data and integrations solved in the core, every future need is a layer you add — not a project from scratch. For example:

  • Executive and regulatory reporting

dashboards for management and headquarters; balance and discharge reports ready for the SAT

  • Alerts and notifications

balances about to expire, Tax Mailbox notifications, audit risks — via email, Teams or Slack

  • Supplier and customs-broker portal

documents and statuses shared with the broker, no emails or folders

  • Connection to your CRM and tools

the core notifies Salesforce, HubSpot or wherever you work — via APIs and webhooks

  • Artificial intelligence

automatic document reading, risk prediction and copilots — AI performs because the core gives it clean data

  • Custom projects

any custom build starts 70% solved: identity, permissions, integrations and data are already there

Every new layer costs a fraction, because the heavy lifting is already paid for. The investment in the core never becomes obsolete: it compounds.

Layer in action · Workforce

The plant in every employee's pocket

Operator (mobile app)

Biometric or QR/NFC badge check-in · shift and hours · vacation and leave · sick-day reporting with a photo of the doctor's note · cafeteria coupons and vouchers · alerts about their transport route.

Supervisor

Their line's attendance live at shift start · on absences, launch a coverage call with one tap · approve leave and notes from the phone · absenteeism alerts by pattern.

HR / Management

Absenteeism dashboard (justified vs. unjustified), overtime by line and shift · coverage ranking: who responds when the plant needs it — direct input for attendance bonuses.

The star block — overtime and volunteers

Short on people → push call-out to the volunteer list, with the client's rules (fair rotation, legal overtime caps, skills by role). First to accept gets assigned — all recorded in the ledger. No more “call around and see who wants it”.

Integrates with the existing payroll system (TRESS or other) — it doesn't replace it: payroll stays with whoever runs it.

Layer in action · Transport

Employee transport: end-to-end traceability

The shift doesn't start at the time clock — it starts when the bus passes through the neighborhood.

Live routes

GPS and geofences on the contractor's units; the operator sees their bus coming — the “Uber of the route”.

Boarding = pre-attendance

Check-in on boarding with the same badge: the plant knows how many people are coming 40 minutes ahead, and the supervisor calls volunteers before the shift starts, not after.

Reconciliation with the contractor

Real units, runs and passengers against what's invoiced — transport is one of the plant's largest and least-audited expenses.

Event-based traceability

The service and events are tracked (boarded, checked in, left), not the person continuously — put plainly, it wins over HR and the union.

Carrier integration

We connect with the transport companies' systems — GPS, telemetry and dispatch — for real-time tracking and early alerts: route delays, detours and downed units. The plant knows before people go missing from the line.

The same core that tracks every screw before the tax authority balances every check-in, every boarding and every overtime hour — goods, documents and people in a single auditable ledger.
